Im not sure about the tortures that go on for the people in america I dont watch the news its depresing, and i dont live there

why would being skinny make you happy? You could end up dead if you got too skinny, you’d have no energy, would not be able to walk or live, if you literally ate nothing. having a nice figure from eatting and exercising right is much better, and actually having th elife to live

simple, brush your teeth once on a night, and once on the morning. I have to do them on a night coz I have braces, sure it feels like alot to ask but it’s worth it, doing them on a night really does make a difference. Make sure you brush them properly, ask a dentist if they think you are cleaning them properly the next time you go to the dentist.
The thing that chipps your teeth the most, is bitting things, chewing things, obviously eatting is ok. But dont chew things you cant eat, even if it is just a pen, even that does no good, it gives you man breath lol
