  Easiest way to do this is to stop drinking almost anything else. If you drink diet soda, you get used to the sweet taste and water won’t taste as good in comparison. I lost fifty pounds just drinking water and watching my calorie intake.

  The likelihood that he will be arrested, considering your dad’s a cop, pretty much guarantees him being arrested for statutory rape if you have sex with him. And he’ll absolutely deserve it. You’re too young for him. If you do this, chances are you’ll severely damage your relationship with your father. The risk just isn’t worth it, honey. Stop being naive and move on.

  This is a delicate situation. If she’s overweight, then she knows it. She doesn’t need you to tell her. What I would do is start up a diet for myself, even though I don’t need it, and make it a couple thing. Get fit together. Go running together. Hell, do yoga together. If you live together, go grocery shopping together and make smarter choices. The more into it you are, the more she’ll get into it. It doesn’t matter. It’ll benefit both of you without hurting anyone’s feelings.

Well, they do for me, at least. I lost about fifty pounds by cutting out all sodas and watching my calorie intake. Livestrong is a great site to use if you want to do it right. Good luck!

I meant the kind of passivity that causes problems for someone too afraid to stand behind their opinions. Even more pathetic than that, though, a person who has no opinion or blindly follows opinions of others without any independent thought.
