  I am sorry to hear all that is happening to you. I had a similar experience when I was a child.
  I lived in one bed cramped flat with my grandmother, sister and parents. My mom was horrible to me and I nearly killed myself. I hated them so much. My mum use to tell me how ugly I was and how I am not as good as my sister. Please don’t despair.
  You have to learn to master diplomacy. You have to start thinking about yourself. Focus. How your room looks makes no difference what so ever in the scale of life. If you think about it in a few years you will be able to live alone out of your home and progress in your life.
  Start investing in yourself. I did. I was learning as much as I can and escaped in books. I wanted to make sure than when I am on my own I can stand up on my feet and take care of me.
  Look for useful qualifications that you may have – where good money are earned.
  You have to teach your younger sisters to cope and you have to talk to them – how to share good and bad experiences. To do things together. You have to build with them friendship and understanding. You are oldest – try to take control in a good organized way. Know one thing – everything happens for a reason and this is to teach you how to cope in the future. You will be well equipped and you will be very successful if you apply yourself.
  Think of a way to protect yourself from your father.
  Where you can hide and how you can talk to him- try to reach him.
  Ask him- is beating me helping you cope? Is beating me solving your problems because if it does I will do anything to help you daddy. I am only 13 I am trying but I don’t know how and you are not a good teacher. This will confuse him and make him feel really bad.
  
  Now I have my own kids. My kids are my best friends. We stick together and we had learned how to try to imagine being in the other persons shoes. WE all have difficult moments but try to think in the future.
