  My bank has but, I have to fill out forms and affidaves. Did you have to do all that also? Did the company that ripped you off fight it?

  Here is the information that my bacnk has giving me.
  PURE ENERGY SERVICES 405-631-2211 When you call they send you to a message center. I called 50 times and left my contact information. I gave up and typed different combination extention numbers. When I put 1111 I got a real person. The lady asked me nothing about me. I asked her why she has charged my card. Still never asking what I wanted. She said they sell sex drugs and diet drugs and give out free trails. I never ordered free trials. She still did not ask me any personnel information. Telling me I must have ordered a free trail and never cancelled a membership and that I am being chagered for a membership. I was changed $149.95. They are now being reported for fraud through my bank. I asked the lady for a refund and she said NO. I asked if she liked working for a company that rips off people. She told me she just answers the phone.
