  Move on.
  What you need in life is people who make you, not break you. Give yourself time to heal– but please for your own sake, stop thinking about him and focus on your strengths. Also if possible, try finding a new love interest who likes you for you.

• Trying to fall asleep and get my sleep cycle under control.
  

  I kinda have the same problem of sleeping during the day. Mostly because i work during nights but even the days I am off i sleep all day. My trick is to not sleep for almost 10 h after I get off work in the morning so that i am dead tired by night and just pass out. It may work for you too!

  Yes you have a point there. Mostly grown women read and enjoy this book. Thinking all women like being dominated is not even close! Those into s&m know that there are a lot more female doms. Because some men do enjoy being dominated!
  I know young people have a very unrealistic view of what sex is in real life and yes the porn industry is partially to blame for that. But Most people are terrified of their sexuality– few parents talk to their kids about sex–and almost all the info one can get about sexuality now a day is online– so no wonder teens have the wrong views. :/
  But a fully developed female with sex cravings and a need to be dominated does not mean she is less of a women! What I didn’t like about those reviews are that it made it sound like this book was the sole purpose for the take down of feminism– the cons were really exaggerated….
