Al- i laughed out loud and saved the hyde tweety. Actually it kinda fits the day i had…so i think i will use it when i’m in a mr. hyde kinda mood.
Thanks for thinking of me…i really like the alternate avatar. I’ll let you know when i’m ready to unveil mr. hyde.
thanks again - Z (known in the real world as Kelley)

It’s up to you, if you want it or not.
Perhaps it’d make a great Av for Halloweeen.
I think it’s funnier than chicken lips.
:D
!Lol.
Hi Al,
I checked out the video…looking forward to seeing the new avatar.
I’m a little afraid of the Mr. Hyde version…but it would fit my moods some days. ;D
Hi, Z!
:D
Listen, I was visiting You Tube just a few days ago, and I came by an interesting video. Anyway, it lead me to think about creating another Avatar for you - to use only if you wish.
I’m still working on it, and it will be much like the one you have now.
I’m not going to tell you exactly what it is, but I will give you a mighty good hint as to what it is.
Enjoy the show!

well i hope God blesses your invention and you get your wish to live in the tropics. i wouldn’t like 105 below…but i hate sweating in the humidity so i’m pretty sure i would turn into a whining complainer if it was too tropical ;)
personally i don’t want to be rich…but it is nice to have enough money to not have to worry
thanks for the nice chat….i’m signing off for tonight. take care of yourself and hope to chat again
Oh, I don’t stay home too often. I raid people’s homes while theyre away - (just kidding!)
No, I visit some friends, use their computer (because I’m too cheap to subscribe to the internet, plus it keeps my home computer virus-free). I do watch a lot of movies and have quite an extensive collection (including music).

Yeah, the snow wasn’t so bad where I live compared to places like Cordova or Ptarmigan Pass (South Central Alaska). In some of those places, it’s exactly how you describe.
However, while I was working on the ice roads in the north, I experienced tempratures as low as - 105 below zero.
It truely was punishing. It was like an antimicrowave freezer. There are no words for it.
Yeah, I hope to go somewhere south durring the summer, at least for a while.
But you can bet, I’m going to live in South America when I get filthly rich from my invention.
how are you surviving the cabin fever? i think i would be sick of so much snow too. your description reminds me of a photo i saw of snow in the upper peninsula of michigan….there was a guy standing on a sidewalk with snow on either side of him at least 3 feet taller than he was. the snow came up to the roof of his house…what maybe 9 ft? when you get your patent…maybe you can fly to the sunshiny south.

!Lol.
All-Bran and Olives! MMmmm - gimme some, please.
(I need to get to the equator, I’m really, really tired of ANY form of winter). I could care less about snow-machining, skiing, ice fishing, snowmen, snow-angels - basically anything having to do with a so flake - I’m burnt, period.
I’d rather ride a bike on warm pavement and experience the tropical end of the oceans.
And get into the water I’m looking at (without every apendage of my body looking for escape!:D)
i’ve not seen snows as bad as the ones you have…but i had been working in phoenix and flew home to detroit….had not paid attention to the weather, anyway i arrived to 2 ft of snow…the whole city was shut down-it took two weeks to truck the snow to the detroit river and dump it in….so got to the grocery store to find empty shelves…just all-bran or olives…not much else. finally made it home and ramped up the speed of the car to make it over the snow that had been plowed in front of my drive and then my car was stuck. but at least i was home.
Lol!
Well, once out of the house, the challenge is literally the next step - getting out of the drive. Luckily, I have a Ford F-250 4WD. My driveway is pretty much stomped down, tire width by tire width. It’s snow-paved rather smooth. When I first came back from the North Slope this wasn’t so. Well over 3 1/2 ffot deep. dosen’t sound like much but. . .yes, it is.

I’m glad for the tempratures you’ve had. You’re right, it sounds oddly mild this time of year for Missouri.
Chicago? Ew. Haven’t been there, honestly don’t care to - but I know they get some bad winters there, quite often.
(Oh yeah - I’ve seen WGN News from time to time:P)
my neck of the woods is in missouri….
we have had the mildest winter on record…today was a little chilly at about 40F but yesterday we were at 65F - really warm for this time of year. i’m not complaining - but used to live in chicago and detroit and i miss getting the snow
again-not complaining - don’t think i’d want as much snow as you’ve had….i’m amazed you can get out of the house at all
Aw, thank you, Z!:D

The patent is, generally speaking, for a dental product that I invented. It’s been a couple of week since I submitted the necessary material and I have not yet heard from them.
As I understand, there is a period of time where they get back with you to grant Patent Pending. And, if all goes well, it could take up to a year before they grant the full Patent.

Yeah - record snows. . .(oh, man).
My door opens just enought to let myself in.
I’m just too cotton-picking lazy and out of shape to shovel what we have - I be out there all week!
Luckily, the snowfalls over the past month and a half have really lessened and I’m looking forward to the melt-off.
How’s it lookin’ in your neck of the woods?
glad to hear things are going well and congrats on the big screen TV….
i’m still using an old analog tv with a digital converter box to snag the airwaves….
been busy with the mentoring i do….and working on getting some projects….just got back from a party….and taking some time to chill
what was the patent for? and how long does it take to hear whether you are granted the patent or not? i heard about the record snow alaska was getting and wondered how it affected you.
Doing good - much better than earlier this winter.
I picked up some high-paying, seasonal work and got caught up on some bills, bought some goodies (a big screen TV), and most imprtantly, I FINALLY sent my invention off to the Patent Office.
(whew!)
At a friends house atm (no one here though).
And You??
How Are ya doin’ Z?
hi Al-
i’m glad to hear from you. how are things going? are you stuck in the part of alaska that is buried in snow without fuel? hope you are safe and ok.
my christmas was good and have been too busy to make it to the library to log into help.com. taking a quick break from tutoring my friends…to check help.com
i look forward to finishing the story…it makes good reading and has a lot of wisdom. kind of parallels my own life with my dad leaving my mom for a lady who could cook.
i’m well now, had a bout of asthma through may but june is much better. glad the trees have stopped pollenating. even enjoying the deafening sounds of the cicadas.
Oh. . .thank you Z!
Yes, I need to make some time and continue the story - can’t leave the exciting conclusion undone!:P
(I am well - how have you been, lately?)
God Bless you Z. A very Good Friday to you too dear. This day 2011 years ago Jesus was killed for our sins. . .
I hope he returns this Sunday at Easter:D
thanks for the encouragement..and replying to the post. he reminded me of my dad…who struggled with alcohol and remorse for years…i guess i needed the backup & found lots here with my friends. thanks again. :)
With regard to the post you invited me to - I relied anonmsly.
Wounded dogs will bark and bite. You did well - it was him, he has issues (of course) but dosen’t have the skills to deal with them. . .yet.
:)
Oh, sure-sure, I haven’t forgot. I’m simply not at my own computer at this time (as I am away from home, visiting a friend in the main city).
I should be back at home by tommorow and, as I’ve mentioned I’ll visit you with a winking Tweety plus. . .who knows what more I have in store for you -
;)
;)
;)
;)
:D
Thanks again for sharing your talent. I like your artistic sensibilities. how about keeping the tweety i have…adding the rainbow and petite sparkles like you suggest. But what i really want to know is can you make tweety wink or blink?
I really appreciate you doing this for me…and i want to assure you that i’m not in any hurry…this only came up in discussion since a new user has chosen tweety as their avatar. (p.s. do you need me to send the file I uploaded for tweety?)
Gangsta Tweety. . .just dosen’t seem to be you.
The second link is nice - very colorful, very graphic with the sparkles.
But the third one would be my choice for a Tweety (I’m a big fan of respecting orignal design and intent).
Given these parameters, here’s what I would do:
I would isolate the image of the third link.
I would blot out the surrounding images with white to make the image stand out. From there, I would make the background the same colorful rainbow much like the one provided in the second link. Then I would add sparkels of silver and white (but they would be very petiete sparkels).
Crop to size and resize if necessary and there you have it.
What do you think?
Hi Big Al One…hope you are having a blessed day. Daft Puck told me there is a new person who’s using tweety as their avatar. So I asked if i should change mine. she said..keep tweety and then gave me links to these. what do you think?http://tinyurl.com/679jrxe http://tinyurl.com/62xvydt http://tinyurl.com/64v6qva
