With over 20 years installing computer programs, setting up computer hardware and such I hope to be of some help somewhere! I currently own 3 Dell laptops, an old Packard Bell Desktop and a few other “boat anchors” The most recent laptop was a purchase off Ebay (runs better than the new one received from Dell just like it) My experience with Microsoft, Dell and Symantec so-called “support” ought to qualify me for something as I’ve solved every problem presented to them on my own (without their “help”)
