  At what moment did you come across that other,RUDE,person. Were they stressing over a lost loved one,or realizing that their paycheck only made it half the way to bank.Or did their boss just chew them out for something (ETC.).We dont know what is or has just happened in someones life to cause them to be the way they are.YES, there are just plain old “A-HOLES out there. You say you dont know why you posted this thread,I believe you know quite well why you posted it. Because you know there are some good people here that are just waiting to try to help.If we are going to reach out the first thing to do is to be honest with yourself first,be receptive to others advise.Take what works for you and leave the rest. IS your cup half empty or half full.Do you think everyone else has all the answers,and that you are the only one that is in a cloud.I just hide mine and have found a way to deal with most of it,Perhaps when I am hiding mine,is the time,I maybe one of those A-HOLES you keep running into.Have you tried to get any support from any groups that are dealing with same feelings you are having.Or gone to a GP for an appropriate med. regiment.Sometimes we just need a way to get a moment away from what bothers us. I must say that I am fond of what THEP posted here for you. Good place to start!!

  Yea,emotions can vary.Mine were of course ,shocked,then surprised,then a little held back,due to the fact that ,well,here is a complete stranger , throwing their arms around you calling you son.And well, that wasnt even done by my real dad or step mom.Sometimes the only thing it gives you is the peace in,KNOWING !Hey dont forget those that have cared for you all along,this MEETING,can be a little trying for them also. Consider that before the meeting and after. Best of Luck in your quest.

  OK,so I see that you are doing what you can to get there.It will happen.Employers hear the same spill,from people that show up and are not even half the worker you may be.People there, to only draw a pay check for very little effort,if any.But neverless they still hear the same old stuff.That isn’t your fault.But you get to feel the effects . Have you voluteered, any of your time, for the good of others,not expecting anything from it,have you been a member of any known Org. If so have you included any of those in that coversheet or Resume.Like I said,They hear the same old stuff all of the time.Try to put something on them that will impress them,something to make them stop for that second longer ,to take another look at this person.Dont look desperate.Just confident!What are you mastering in.Also you said you send your coversheet in.I also know its not possible to go to each place that you would work in person.I myself like to see a person,get a feel for that person.And make a determination on that. As I said it will happen and if you are putting yourself out there you WILL get chance. When you do ,then you can prove yourself ,THEN, away you go. Good luck!!!

  Who all have you applied with,a masters does give you an advantage.But you have to sell yourself.Be in the right place at the right time.If you applied everywhere then try to apply to a few more places.Perhaps try changing your GOALS,to get in the door.Once in, then prove yourself.There are to many college grads out there that I wouldnt have in my company,just because, is no qualification.Sell YOU to them.
