  Hi,
  
  You don’t say what operating system you are using but if it is xp (or later) you will have a built in recovery programme which will roll your computer back to a date of your choosing.
  
  The programme is called RESTORE and if you Google it you should find out how it works.
  
  It is really very simple but if you need a step by step example please rquest it.

• How do I remove a trojan.zlob spyware?
  

  For what it is worth I had a Zlob a while back and no matter what I tried it failed to clear.
  
  Out of sheer desperation I downloaded Microsoft’s Defender (a free programme) and ran a full scan, which took ages, when it eventually finished it identified the problem and dealt with it too.
  
  I then re- ran the full scan (a few days later) to see if I was still free and thankfully I was.
  
  Whether or not you decide to do likewise, is for you to decide, but at least Google Defender to learn more.

• How do you share files between 2 computers?
  

  Assuming your computers are not connected then the easiest way is to use a removable device.
  
  This may be a:
  Cd
  Dvd
  Memory stick
  Stand-alone hard drive
  
  Down load the files onto this device then insert it into the other computer and upload it
  
  If the file is too big to down load on your prefered device you could zip the file first.
  
  However you would need to up zip it afterwards so you would need to a zip programme on both computers. Fortunately zipping programmes can be found on freeware.
  
  There are many other alternatives like attaching the file to an email and emailing it to the other computor but if the file is big this may take too long.

  With apologies if I mis-understood you but you appear to be looking for a way to help guide another whilst creating a bit of un too.
  
  Well how about using Power Point (a Microsoft package). Normally used as a visul aid in meetings it is a very flexible tool.
  
  It could be described as a series of frames where you can add instructions and pictures (perhaps cartoons too) to step the reader in the right direction.
  
  As the frames are all printable it can easily be made into a book, in fact you can print this programme in book form or view it directly from the p.c.
