  Well, this is help.com. Many people here come here for help. I can see your veiw on how some people may do that every now and then. But a lot of people come here during their most darkest moments in life, and just need a little encouragment, even attention at times. I see nothing wrong with that at all especially on here. Sometimes people have a hard time getting others to notice them, if that one post from someone makes them feel a bit better, than I honestly believe it is worth it.

  It seems you are holding in a lot of hurt and anger from when your father was abusive to you, I am really sorry about that. You have to get it out, why not write this dream down in a journal. Write down what you feel in this journal to. Create ways that will help you feel better - get this anger, sadness, and frustration out of you once and for all. Once you do that, you won’t have a dream like this ever again.

  Overwhelming? I didn’t think of it that way. He always tells me his door is always open and I can visit him whenever I would like. I didn’t think of it as overwhelming though. I was just going to check up on him to let him know I care that’s all. I know the age difference is big, and I am not too sure why he couldn’t find someone his own age. He is a really sweet man.

  You can also never go wrong with food. I give my boyfriend treats all the time. He loves it. Maybe a few homemade cookies or something like that as well.

  You need to find something that you love doing. You need to start loving yourself. I can honestly REALLY relate to how you feel right now. It is like you want to cry and scream, but there really is nobody who will hear you. It does feel that way sometimes. Go on a walk, let some of these things out! Things will get better. You just have to hang on, you are going to face tomorrow. You can do it. What you need is motovation, you will find it soon.

• How to forget someone you love but can never be with?
  

  I can’t tell you how much I can relate to you right now. I am also in love with someone who I can never be with. It is one of the worst heartaches I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t wish this upon my worst emeny! I understand why you hurt too, I understand how you don’t want to start a new relationship with someone right now either. I made a mistake last month and actually got into a relationship with someone. Thinking that would help. But it didn’t, it has already ended though do to some other reasons though. I felt bad, but I couldn’t help it. Like Tayln said just give it time, and really analyze your situation. Tell yourself why it can’t work out. Mine can’t ever work out because the man I am in love with is my manager. All you can do is find a way to move on. And you will find someone who will be able to be with you.

  Thanks for advice. I think I will ask my parents to see what they think. Hopefully it is just a freckle like you said Dr. Ralph. I’ll try and not worry about it.
