  I agree, but maybe your mother already knows. I’ve had a similar problem with my mother, and I’m a girl. She keeps reminding me that she owns me and she can touch me wherever she wants. I guess I’m lucky because my dad understands and tries to get coustidy of me. (parents are separated) If i were you, I would tell an adult you trust. Just have a back-up plan just in case it back-fires

• I feel like im losing myself.
  

  I too overthink things too much. At times, it feels like i alone carry the weight of the world on my shoulders. That there is not enough good in this world…I’m getting help for it. It is helping me cope.
  
  Because I was thinking too much, I subconsciously managed to supress my thoughts. Now I think close to nothing. My thoughts have been silenced to little over a whisper. A fragment of what they once were. it may sound nice, but its not. Its like I am a fragment of who I once was. With little activity going on inside my head.
  
  I am not an individual who likes to preach, because I have no right to, but if you ever think about not wanting to think as much, try to do it under the eyes of someone who knows what they are doing. Someone you trust.
  
  Sorry if I looked to much into this, or if I did not help you one bit.
  
  When your head starts to hurt and you become overwhelmed, try listening to calming music and taking deep breaths. Try thinking of something that brings you comfort and joy. for a moment, try to forget about the bad things that happen. Set them aside to when you feel like you can handle it. If all else fails, try something productive to take your mind off of it.
  
  For me, Its martial arts, but that is a different story.
