nope!what you have seen is called “chador”, Manto looks like a long Tshirt which has to be loose,those you saw and were jeans and scarves had Manto as well but theirs must have been too tight and short ;)
chador is a black loooooooooooooooooooose! covering which covers all over you except your face…

what do you mean “cover up”?!all of us have to cover up every one wear scarves and s.th called Manto!but if you mean that black covering,no I don’t wear them!I myself am not VERY interested in fashion,I mean I wear whatever looks good on me but I prefer my clothes to be designed recently and belong to my own generation! :D
about English…I go to classes and although we had English courses at school they weren’t beneficial AT ALL!!and almost every one of my generation know English some may speak better some worse,but they know at least a few…but my father’s generation almost any one know…
yea here some of young ones,people in my age know tow languages French is more popular after English,but I myself attend German classes ;)

And again yea almost all of us have eyes with dark colors, pure black is rare but majority of us have dark brown eyes including myself…
