  Trust me mate ur not a third wheel! never have been never will be!
  
  And speaking to your parents, you THINK will make you worse but they love you mate! your only 18 and have the whole entire life ahead of you!!! and an exciting one at that! although it may not seem it!
  
  Softmore ay? those times are difficult with especially if you feel out of place. Why do you think you are out of place.
  
  The great thing is your at school so go see the school counsilor, a private very confidential conversation with them!!! your not a burden!!!!! the burden is you not expressing your self not the other way round!!!!
  
  Tell your parents the absolute truth! they will respect the fact you are trying to take control of the situation! they love you so will do everything to help you and your NOT A BURDEN!!!!! this is what parents are for

  I totally agree, every situation is different and everyone will feel different! But your doin the right thing mate! dont keep it held in!!!
  
  depression or bad feelings are just as similar as an infection in a cut!!!! if you supress it, and do not release it (i.e cry/talk about it to friends, family or even a counsilor) then it will fester and get worse and then you spiral…
  
  An infection if its puss under a wound then you would have it taken out rite? Keep talking mate there will be ways around you downess…
  
  What type of activities do you like to do? running? gym? any form of sports? hows your eating? all of this can be adjusted in order to make you feel better and believe me they make a big difference!

  hey we are here to help! thats great that you said you can never commit suicide because its the worst way to handle a situation… like you sed it would hurt your family and anyone else that loves you!
  
  Speak to your parents about how your feeling let them know exactly what you have written here… They love you, so will do anything in their power to help you.
  
  Believe me, and the good thing about speaking to them, means your worry and stress is will be lifted slightly as you now have someone to talk to… Keep talking on here, people here will help you and the greatest thing we all want to help.
  
  Remember you are not the only one in the world who is in this type of situation, thousands of people all over are in simialr ones and get out of it too!!!
  
  Have you thought of counsiling? Don’t worry if your scared someone will think otherwise of you for it! in fact no one will no because it is so confidential!
  
  Some people think that it is some kind of weakness which is utter ****! because infact it shows your inner strength and determination of getting better! Its taking your situation by the horns and putting yourself in control!
  
  The counsilor wont give u advice but will help you explore your emotions and feelings, making you feel crap at times and maybe to the point of you breaking down into tears! but thats a good thing!!!!! you cant supress your feelings you have to get them out… and its a quiet confidential safe environment to do so!!! It should also be free!!!!
  
  write down what has been causing you to feel this way on this site! and also explain this to your parents, siblings? best friends and even a counsellor we are all here to help you

  its never to late mate! never! What are the reasons for this happening? speak about it on hear, we can all help you I promise!
  
  Let it out and make the first steps of taking control of your life.. If you were happy at one stage you can always be happy again!!! I promise.
  
  I once felt very similar and with just slight adjustments to my life and through shouting for help with my friends or family members and even work colleagues i found my life slowly get better!!!! chin up mate and speak your mind on here and we can all help!!! Promise
