• what happens after our death?
  

  I just completed a paper at university called “Death, Dying and Religion” and it was basically about how our different religious beliefs affect the way we think about death. It is different in every case and everyone has a different belief in life and in death. I honestly think it is up to the individual to decide. We don’t know and will never know what really happens after we die, and that’s just part of living! It is up to you to analyse your life while you’re living it to try to understand this question, taking into account your experiences, religion (or no religion), family beliefs, jobs, friends, geography etc. No one can tell you how you will die because no one knows.

  I think the first thing to do is not ‘nag’ him about the job situation, no matter how angry and pissed off it makes you feels. Guy’s hate being nagged, especially by their girlfriends because it feels like they’re getting nagged by their mums. He’ll shut off and won’t want to listen. Perhaps try and sit him down to address the issues, say to him “Tonight we need to talk about the living situation and own job situations because it’s becoming unhealthy to live like this” Or something to that effect.
  
  If he really understands how frustrated and stressed you are over this then hopefully he’ll begin to make an effort. As much as he needs to listen to you, you should be listening to his needs and frustrations too, like others have said, it’s probably very hard for him to muster the motivation to find a job, especially if he’s in a bit of a depressive state or is feeling a bit low on the self-esteem.
  
  If he doesn’t begin to listen, or it feels as though he isn’t making an effort regardless of your efforts to help him and listen to him, then perhaps you two should re-consider your living situation. Some time apart could be really valuable in helping save your relationship.

  I’m from a reasonably small city in New Zealand (most people don’t know where it is on a map..) and I first travelled the world when I was 15, on a school trip just like you want to. My parents let me go because they knew it would be a great experience for me to learn about other cultures, and because it isn’t everyday that someone gets to travel the world! Tell them how much the experience would mean to you. But i’m also with the others on this one, there needs to be adult supervision otherwise something WILL go wrong. So it’s understandable if your parents won’t let you go based on this.

  Perhaps write her a letter and just explain that you like her and want to spend more time with her but you can’t because she’s often busy.. Or tell her this after class one day. If she knows you’re interested in spending time with her, and she feels the same then she will make time to see you, just as you would if she asked you out.

  Hey there! I’m a Criminology student in Wellington New Zealand, I don’t have a lot of experience in Criminal Law, but I do know a lot about Crime in general..
  
  If I were to answer this I would probably go into detail about the vast number of new forms of crime that are occurring these days, for example state crime (eg financial crimes) or internet piracy, identity theft, social network crimes etc. Evolution of the criminal justice system allows people (lawyers etc) to specialise in areas that they are especially interested in and want to work in. Also it allows for more in depth research into those minority areas of the CJS (criminal justice system)which then allows us to understand how to act when presented with cases that may be new or different to the types of cases we are accustomed to in the courts. It may also bring the opportunity for more jobs. I believe it is more of a benefit to the courts (the judges and lawyers) that the CJS has evolved so much, as if it hadn’t, we may struggle to solve/understand how to approach many of the new cases of crime (like identity fraud, piracy etc) that previously didn’t exist 50 years ago.
