Hey thanks for the help but like I said this thing is crazy and is now working. And I do have the 3 in 1.

lol if hte priter is offline it means it isnt connected to your comp, If your printer has no power its definatly the power cord that either unpluged or damaged, if it has power than its most likely the usb (or what ever cord that attachec it to your comp)cord thats unpluged damaged or maybe even a litle dusty, my advice if you have about 200$ get the printer i have, its a litle big but NEVER has a problem, it ALWAYS WORKS for me and it a 3-in-one (printer, scaner, photocopier) its an canon mp160

PS: it also comes with some free useful sofware.

Hey ALex, about the printer. today I tried and it worked. Then after everything -printed now it say offline but it is hooked up. What is up with that. This was the first time I had any problem with it and I had it for about 3months now. Maybe tomorrow it will work again. lol
