I am good-natured and strong-willed and ironically I have a chronic illness. I studied to become a chiropractor and graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1986. I have been a massage therapist (12 years), a strength trainer, a yoga instructor and a chiropractor. Now I am on disability and I try to paint when I can. I’m pretty good at that! I also love to be in nature and I love garden food and gardening. The illness I have is Lyme Disease and I suppose I am on this site to offer the latest information on how to heal this debilitating disease. It takes time and money to get rid of this thing. Most people with Fibromyalgia have chronic Lyme and don’t know it. I am here to get that word out. Also some people with M.S. and Altzheimers actually have a mis-diagnosed Lyme infection. A person must go to the RIGHT MD to get an accurate diagnosis for Lyme. If one goes to just any doctor they have an 80% chance of getting a false negative test result. In fact, most doctors will refuse to test you! I am here to inform people on how to get the proper diagnosis. I had the disease for 20 years before I found out what I had! (And there are MANY others with the same story!) That’s because the docs I went to didn’t know enough to test me or they gave me the wrong test!!
I suppose I did ask for help too. Anybody who wants to help fund my treatment plan would be a real God-send, and of course a very big surprise as well. But I will help anybody I can, whether I am well or not. So don’t think I expect anything form anyone who wants information on how to deal with these kinds of conditions. Also if anyone has chronic cystitis, I may be able to help you with info on how to beat that as well. Anyone who has chronic cystitis knows what it is!
Well, besides having major health issues (mostly pain all over and easily fatigued with trouble sleeping at night), I’m a great gal! I do okay for my situation. I am hoping to find a good husband some day, but of course, it’s hard to find one of those in this condition. A girl can dream though.
