I have anxiety too– I get really bad panic attacks. I went to therapy, which I didn’t think would help, but it does, so I recommend going to therapy for about 6 months, just so they can teach you some methods of dealing with it. You could also go on medication. It’s not as bad as it sounds. I’m on an SSRI (there’s a few: prozac, celexa, lexipro)which works pretty well. Tons of people I know are on the same thing, it’s actually really common now. It doesn’t change your personality or anything just keeps you from freaking out. You should try it on a really low dose. If you don’t like it, then just go off it and try something else. - written 3 years ago
welll, we all feel that way some times. i feel that way too! i recommend going to the gym. it feels soooooooo good after working out. I also recommend wearing skirts instead of pants. they’re much more flattering and they don’t feel so tight usually. don’t ask people if you’re fat, because they can’t tell you the truth. but in reality, it doesn’t matter if you are or not, it matters how comfortable you are. if you feel like ****, go move around. then put on a bunch of makeup and make your hair look pretty and go out and do something fun. - written 3 years ago
