I would like to introduce Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0 . it not only supports XP, 2000, and NT, I have personally tested it with Vista and windows 7. It works perfectly to reset any local user account to a blank password. I Wrote it to an old 128mb USB flash drive do this. Booting up and clearing a password takes a minute or two works like a charm. You can download it from http://www.windowspasswordsrecovery.com . It also supports cd/dvd

try blank.
here is the methods I know.
The first thing which you check if you forget login password. When we install Windows, it automatically creates an account “Administrator” and sets its password to blank. So if you have forget Your user account password then try this:
Start system and when you See Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press ctrl+alt+del keys Twice and it’ll show Classic Login box. Now type “Administrator” (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Now press Enter and you should be able to log in Windows.
Now you can reset your account password from “Control Panel -> User Accounts”.
Same thing can be done using Safe Mode. In Safe Mode Windows will show this in-built Administrator account in Login screen.
Windows XP and further versions also provide another method to recover forgotten Password by using “Reset Disk”. If you created a Password Reset Disk in Past, you can use that disk to reset the password.

Well in this case there are many round about ways to possibly reset your login & password, all fraught with peril… I would suggest that you download & burn yourself a Password “Recovery” disk. You may have to use a friends PC to do this. You can get a Password Reset disc download and burn to CD. Copy/paste the address below, into your address bar of your browser.

Download this file and burn it to CD. Put into drive and turn on PC, and boot from the CD. Follow instructions, choose the correct USER. & BLANK the password. make sure you say OK to write the data, and reboot. The logon password will now be reset blank.

If you’re using windows xp, there is a separate hidden account called administrator. The easiest way to access it is to go into safe mode. You do this by tapping F8 just after the self test, and before windows starts to load. Once on the start up menu choose safe mode. Click on the administrator account. From there you can change any passwords in the control panel under user accounts. You do not have to know any of the passwords to change them.
or you can use utility to delete the lost password.
usually it need 3 steps:
1.Download windows password recovery Tool 3.0 from http://www.windowspasswordsrecovery.com and decompress it on that PC.there is a .ISO file. Burn the .ISO file to a CD.
2.Get out the newly created CD and insert it to the locked computer.
3.Re-boot the locked computer and then follow the process of
instructions. Just after a few steps, the old password will be removed.
It supports all windows version, recover windows 7 password, vista/xp/2003/2000/NT etc.

Hi, look here
As far as I know, 3 ways to solve it:
1th: change the lost password with another account with administrator right Reboot the computer into Safe Mode. Additional information about getting into Safe When logging into Safe Mode you should be prompted with an option to what account you wish to use. Select the Administrator account. If prompted for a password try simply pressing Enter on the keyboard for no password. If this does not work, try other passwords you may have used. If you’re unable to log into the Administrator account skip to the next suggestion.
Once you’ve logged into the Administrator account open Control Panel and User Accounts.
In User Accounts select the account you wish to change the password for, click change password and then enter the new password or click remove the password to remove the password from the account
2nd: Using the forgotten password diskette If you have forgotten your Windows XP password, however have created a forgotten password diskette earlier to use the diskette follow the below steps.
1 At the Windows XP login prompt when the password is entered incorrectly click the reset button in the login failed window.
2 Insert the password reset diskette into the computer and click Next.
3 If the correct diskette Windows XP will open a window prompting for the new password you wish to use.
3rd: Using the Third part utility, such as Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0
try the following steps:
1.Download Windows Password Recovery Tool from it’s Official website
http://www.windowspasswordsrecovery.com/
2.Decompress the Windows password Recovery Tool and note that there is an
.ISO image file. Burn the image file onto an blank CD with the burner
freely supported by Password Seeker.
3.Insert the newly created CD into the locked computer and re-boot it
from the CD drive.
4.After launched the CD, a window pop up with all your account names
(if you have several accounts); select one of the accounts that you
have forgotten its password to reset it. Just one press, you have
removed the password.
