  you get to heaven by meditation, and continuous meditation. The day u reach self-realisation is the moment u know u will reach your real home… Show love to others, so that they will reciprocate well too. This should be both ways. Meditate, and get in touch with your third eye, it will take u there. Btw, it takes lifetimes to achieve this, very hard :) But if your aim is just to get to heaven, just be a good person, control your impressionable mind, feed your soul, keep your body healthy, and love.

  Thats horrible… and my worst nightmare!! How are u still standing?? Take any advice from Help.com, any sites, anything.   A very close family member of mine practices nutritional therapy. If u can get your hands on a herbal supplement, by SOLGAR, called RHODIOLA ROOT EXTRACT (Rhodiola rosea) Arctic Root, im sure it will help. it hepls u to feel more positive and clean out the toxins from your system that cause your depression. It is the most natural way of helping your problem, without chemicals. Don’t go anywhere else but to SOLGAR, its the best one in my knowledge. Get it from a nutritional therapist in your area.
