  I don’t know what that means but your bank or credit card company can give you a phone number of the merchant (yourmusic.com) who put the charge on your card. There is always a contact number in my experience. Try calling your credit card company first.

  It sounds to me like your mom is frustrated and unhappy. Maybe even somewhat depressed. I bet that she is so unhappy she doesn’t even want to face things like your brothers issues at school and no clean towels. She probably feels overwhelmed. I would look for more ways to help her out. She may sit on a computer all day but that is a boring job. It may not sound hard, but sometimes an easy job is the worst if its boring. It is still hard to have to worry about all the bills being paid, groceries being bought, laundry being done and kids being taken care of. You are only 18…I think it’s amazing your mom even let your boyfriend move in. No matter what money you pay her, it doesn’t remove problems like her boyfriend, or dishes needing doing, or towels being all dirty. Maybe if you asked your mom what SPECIFIC things you could do to help her out and if there is anything you and your bf are doing that might bug her that you could stop doing.
  When you are 18 things always look different than when you are 39. I am sure what you think is acting 21 is maybe just her not handling stress and feeling depressed. Hang in there and talk to her! Give her a hug!
