lol it’s so true.. Why are we our own worst enemies? I just don’t listen to myself, to me i’m the biggest retard out there. Hard to live with that. Any ideas on how to like yourself?

Yo mate, I have the same problem as you, i’m 19, and I get so anxious about meeting new people it’s unbelievable. Ive recently realised that i’m not going to get very far in life without being able to socialise, adding to my pressure. I failed my first year in uni beause I panic so much around others. Just dnt give up!
