  If you want to forget it, talking about it may help as frances suggested. My advice to you would be to be patient. It takes time, a long time to forget the pain. You need to occupy your time with better things and stop worrying about forgetting it. It will happen naturally. It is like trying to sleep when you are thinking about sleeping. Likely, your mind will be occupied with the process and you will not sleep until you let it go. You are a human being, it is in your nature to make mistakes. Stop beating yourself up about it and learn from it.

  Confidence is a state of mind. You can achieve confidence but you must work at it. First, it starts by being content with your appearance and character. Grooming, being healthy, & dressing well are all ways in which you will become more confident in yourself. Next, sit up, creating the illusion of confidence is another great way to create confidence. How others perceive you, or how you believe others perceive you is a large part of your personality. Lastly, challenging yourself, achieving your goals are removing yourself from your comfort zones and becoming more social will all increase your confidence. You can do it Ikari.

  You have a lifetime of opportunities to learn about yourself and teach others about yourself. Do not be to hard on yourself. People don’t understand you because it is very difficult to understand another person. We are all so complex, therefore, you should not be so hard on the other person.

  Do your best to talk with her. If possible even send her an email. Ask her what brought on the sudden change of feelings and discuss it with her. If she continues to ignore you or doesn’t seem to be willing to open up, move on and break up. Its life and you will find someone better.
