honey, it will be great to know who you are. You have to ask both your parents where their families come down from generations past - it could be anywhere, so what? You are you, no matter what ancestors you have. Be proud of You. It is exciting to know how your history is formed. It will give you something to be proud about. All the way to New Guinea. Exciting to find out. Then you can focus on where you want to go for the rest of your life. Color doesn’t matter. Brains, Pride and Skills do.

hi lexy, he’s a knucklehead so you’ll have to word it just right to get thru - pick your time and place, say you know i been thinking, i want my daughter to grow up with a great dad, who loves, cares and shows her. If you don’t like the democratic party and you blame all the current downfall everywhere on them cause it couldn’t be fixed just like that in 4 years not looking at how all of a sudden when the republicans with their fake ponzi schemes left office, stock market, healthcare, total jobs because the owners all moved businesses to Mexico or Peru or wherever American people were working hard with benefits and retirement plans to little impoverished countries where they don’t have to pay benefits, yeah that’s all Obama’s fault? Not. You will see soon as republicans are back in office and anything you thought was left to live a normal life will be swiped out under your feet just like a rug. Then we’ll all know, Republicans don’t give a dam about you, or me. We do not exist if we don’t make 200,000 a year as middle class. He does not think below that. The poor can go live under a bridge until you expire. All jobs will be parttime, you will have to pay your own medical coverage, insurance, retirement costs. Help for the poor and needy will be non existent. But, that’s your choice,,, please read between the lines and listen to their campaign. They have said nothing about nothing, just want to get back on top and destroy the World. We all with have Hell to pay … What they left cannot be undone in 4 years. hey JN, that’s the reg ellip, hopefully they have the Wave - side to side motion, all your workouts are just arms and legs, put some twists in there. there are great ab workouts on youtube.com - look up the Wave machine and ab workouts - i would have pasted but i don’t know how to copy the dumb link … the green coffee bean extract - it’s a pill, not like coffee caffeine, 20 mg i think, not looking at the bottle right now- and it works, Zumba, stop knocking urself until you try it, so much fun, incredible results, stand in the back of the class and laugh with yourself til you feel the rhythm, steps first then figure the arms, don’t overthink it, you’ll catch on …:) come on Girl, I want you happy, ~ E

your love is not real, it’s an imagination you think you want but it is not right and never will be. He is abusive in word and feeling and you can’t change that. If you are arguing all the time, that’s not love. He’s telling you to go, to the point of shouting, more than once (and once should be enough), that’s not love. He has issues and he doesn’t want to be with you. Period. You are trying to hold on to something that is not there. Throw those rosy glasses away that he’s gonna change and see how good and faithful you are and love you oh so much. Remove yourself from such a toxic hurtful person, you can’t change him, and he doesn’t, get this through your head, he doesn’t love you. He doesn’t love himself. He is not a man that respects a woman and you being there seeing him with your own eyes should take the blinders off and get busy with the rest of your life. You are wasting time that you could be happy in a decent relationship with someone who respects and appreciates and truly wants to be with you. Been there, done that, still hurt about it. Hi JN, this is a good thread with lots of good advice, i was rushing to add my 2 cents, You are doing all the right things, except for those diet pills - throw them out, they absolutely don’t work. Get the green coffee bean extract pills, 3x a day, and in the gym, the elliptical machine called the Wave, that’s the side to side motion, that will shape and tone you head to toe. Truly. I’ve worked up to 30 mins, you adjust your levels as you go. My biggest joy is Zumba. I hope your gym has a Zumba class, if not find the YMCA or somewhere free, if not it’s like 5 bucks a class, you will feel and notice difference in 2-3 weeks! honestly. Now you may have a body type, strong and sturdy, so your fat converts to muscle. But you can tone, with Zumba, the Wave, and a relaxed mind towards it all, yoga? *smile ~ E
