First of all stop thinking of them as bratty so that you can feel better towards their attitude and second think about how bratty your babysitter thought you were when you were a kid. Do something they like and if you think they are bratty quit baby sitting them and get another job for yourself that doesn’t ever involve with kids, since you think they are bratty one’s.

You must move on, toughen up and maintain a positive attitude stop doing stupid stuff like that because i have to admit to you life is too short for all ur time to be wasted cutting and drinking, talk to ur parents counselor etc. Make new friends and be nice to people and don’t think about what others think of you so much. If you are yourself everything will be ok. ANd focus on improving every single day and things will get better and no negative thoughts because all you have to do now is pick yourself up.

Tylenolpm or nyquil does not work on me i suggest to go to bed earlier and if u cant sleep get up and then go to bed try a particular earlier time everyday and you should be fine soon
