You need to get AOL phone number, and talk to the technical department. They should sort your problem out no matter if you have broardband or dial up. They have their own programs that can only be manipulated by them.

Follow this procedure to reset the VAIO Recovery Wizard.

Click the Start button, then click Run….
In the Run window, next to Open:, type msconfig.
Click the OK button.
In the System Configuration Utility window, click the Startup tab.
On the Startup tab, ensure that there is a check mark in the Partseal box.
NOTE: If there is no check mark in the Partseal box, click to select it.

Click the OK button.
In the System Configuration dialog box, click the Restart button.
NOTE: If other users are currently logged into the computer, a warning will appear that they may lose data if the computer is shut down. To restart the computer, in the Windows dialog box, click the Yes button.

On the taskbar, click the Start button, then click My Computer.
In the My Computer window, click the Local Disk (C:) icon.
In the Local Disk (C:) window, click the Windows folder.
