Mitzy! I am going out of the country for 3 weeks over to Poland and stuff…it’s some cultural tour with the family and so I’m stopping in to say hey! I’ll miss ya and be good while I’m gone! Hopefully the world doesn’t fall apart, but I think it’s already started. Lol. No, I worked in Portland. It was on the radio and my wife watched it on TV. There were people camped out at Opry Mills last night, I wasn’t getting near the place.

Okay the cure is pretty simple actually. You need to consume more simple sugars like the ones found in fruits. So basically just eat more sweet fruits like bananas, figs, dates, anything else you can get that is sweet or mildly sweet. That should lift most of the depression and give you energy. Also eating fish sometimes is beneficial. Just do those two things and the depression should go or it should give you the energy to change whatever you need to for the depression to go.

Just wanted to share that with you for some time. Hope it helps. You can save it on your computer if it seems useful to you.

Umm I have been better, was injured and it was quite bad but healing pretty rapidly. Still not recovered fully though.

Just wanted to ask are you on anti depressants because I have this really simple cure for depression that works and you should really try it…

What is wrong?

There is nothing wrong with holding our own. I think we all have a world we created and care for. Getting out more implies you are not happy with your creation.
Just food for thought but I think we are all in the same boat. We wish to hold what we have but are afraid it may be sinking.

Haildtorms don’t bother me too much, but as it’s very windy & we don’t smoke indoors, we’re standing outside getting pelted at high speed with hailstones!!

Mitzy, please look through the shout trail, he/she came to MY shout box uninvited to try to drag me into all this shit that’s going on, even asked me to go to his/her post, when I didn’t respond or reply on that post as I didn’t want to get involved, he/she continued to shout me.

I had never even heard of that user, nor had any involvement with them up until they appeared in my shout box trying to entice me to get involved in their vendetta, under the instruction of a certain recently banned user, to hopefully get me banned, but you don’t need me to tell you this, it’s clear enough you’ve all figured out whats going on without it being pointed out to you.

I’ve left the report for either you or dani to handle.

This is the third time, now fourth time you have been made aware of this. This is now harassment because it has been made clear I am uninterested in continuing the conversation. I am being harassed by this user.
