Ok, I found the chat log where the offensive spamming/trolling occurred. I can’t find the accounts of those two users though. I will post in the mod forum to see if anyone else banned them. Thank you again for bringing this to my attention. Next time, to make it a little easier, could you provide the links the trolls’ accounts please? Thanks again.

Thank you for your shout, and I’m sorry the others have not replied to you. I’ll go over the chat logs from that time period and see what I can do.

Mitzy I am shouting this shout to you because it is currently 8:45pm where I am and I am in chat.
Now currently there are 2 trolls in there having as much fun as they possibly can.
And it has come to my attention that none of my shouts are being recognized and acknowledged and the troll problem is becoming increasingly difficult to deal with, with the number of mods at the current time and some of them are fed up with the amount of work they are doing.

I started of around a week and a half ago by shouting Yourabi:

Shout is about half way down the page (rather long)

And then just last night I shouted Sully bout the problem:

I know that both of these shouts must have been read because they have both replied to more recent shouts from other users.

This is my third attempt and this time am hoping to get a reply whether negative or positive about my ideas!
