I would say it is possible that he had feelings for you when those photos started making their way around. You sending him inappropriate photos is similar to a girl cheating on a guy. It makes the guy feel disgust that shes done something with another guy. Even though you two might not be in a relationship, i would say thats why he hates you but also loves you at the same time.

Like the old saying goes, muscle weighs more than fat. If you dont want to weigh as much then maybe just go for lighter weight exercises, but do them faster or something
