  wait you said you stopped cutting for him but he left you cause you were cutting is that right? you have to stop cutting and not for other people but for yourself. it only works when you do it for yourself. i use to be a cutter. i tried to stop for other people i even had one guy cut himself after seeing i done it and he hoped that would stop me but it did not. i could not stop untill i was ready. you need to see someone about it. i was locked up twice for it and now i see all the scars and i useto wish i could make them go away but now they serve as reminders of all that i got through and of the life i don’t want to go back to. in lock up we learned to pop our wrist with rubberbands instead of cutting so that we could feel pain without real harm you should try that. look you can only stop when you are ready to stop. if you want to talk to me more about this you can e-mail me at (email removed)

  that is normal when you smoke weed if you don’t handle it very good. don’t worry. do you hear things when you are not smoking? if so then you may have to see someone for help but if it is only when you smoke then don’t worry.

  i know that feeling except it was my mom putting me down. first of all i was locked up twice for being suicidal and i learned in there that when you feel like cutting you should pop your wrist with a rubberband so that way you are not really hurting yourself but you are getting some pain to help keep you from cutting. the next step which you should do soon is talk to a counselor at school about it or a therapist. write down stuff that happens so they know everything and you don’t leave stuff out when you talk to them. possibly later when you feel more comfortable with things talk to your therapist about doing a family session. if you feel that you can talk to your parents alone do that also and tell them how they make you feel. talk to the youth pastor or someone at your church. the idea is to get all the support you can and you can always get support here. i know its hard not to cut but try the rubberband thing cause it does help some. keep the rubberband with you at all times. please feel free to write anytime you want to we all will help you.
