I agree with the above .. People who have add/adhd are just not tapping into the creative side of you.. You have all this extra energy, now channel it to great use..Have you ever considered you could be great at something.. I bet you would be a great heavy metal guitarist.. You get the idea…

All these labels keep us from taking responsibilities for our own life.. I think the only thing wrong with you is you need an excuse to do nothing with your life.. Man its rough out here in the real world, make something of yourself and stop focusing on being mentally ill. Hell, everybody is mentally ill to one extent or another…

What I would do is download lion cache cleaner. Its free..Then go to systems, and click on kill spotlight. You always have the option of restarting spotlight. Also, killing spotlight makes your computer much faster

Are you cleaning the air outside or inside? If you have a heppa filter on your vacuum, you could remove dust, and some odors..
