nothin just feeling a bit sick but other then that just kickin it back it sucks dick! i hate being sick or what ever the fuck is wrong with me…but oh well hopefully I’ll live and get over it in the next few days if I dont’ see any improvement at all by tuesday then I’m going to beg my dad to take me to the doctors and help me pay for some of the bills like i dont got a job or a lot of money

Nope, you did nothing wrong. I have just been sick for the past while, and really haven’t had much anything to do anything. I vaguely remember reading your email but I was so out of it due to medication and just generally feeling ill so I can’t even remember what it said. I am sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner and that you felt you had said something wrong. I will sit down tomorrow and re read your email and reply to it. Hopefully you will still get it even on your bike tour.

hey nice to here from you, I was a team sport player in a past life, and never really thought much of long distance running. But needed to do something about my weight. Eight weeks in now, it seems to be working. Originally I set a sub 3hr marathon as a goal, would take years to achieve. Have since realized sub 4hr will good going. How is the running going for you?
