  im sorry i dont have time to reply in great detail, but you constantly describe the four mosques shown in the video as being ‘mainstream’, if they are wahabi mosques, which the documentray outlines them as, how can they be mainstream?

  Hi,
  Although it may be hard to believe, just a fraction of terrorists, or terrorists groups are ‘Muslim’
  Surely I must be mistaken? not quite, we see most terrorists as being Muslims because its what we in the west are constantly bombarded through the media, it can be said to be true that a number of terrorist attacks in the west have been by ‘Muslims’ but I wouldn’t say most, there are the recent letter bombs in the UK, the Basque bombings in Spain, several gang bombings and assassinations in Russia, several Kurdish bombings in Turkey
  yet none of these receive the same publicity as a ‘Muslim’ terror attack, just last year a former BNP candidate was arrested for what could be the largest explosives possession in British history, yet he wasn’t arrested under the terrorism act, nor did it receive much publicity, the BBC wrote a tiny article on it: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/lancashire/6080278.stm
  
  when we look at it on a global scale it gets a whole lot worse, the gangs and paramilitaries in Colombia, the Lords Resistance Army and numerous other ‘rebel’ groups in Africa, engage in looting, merciless killing of innocents and also rape of women and young girls, in south east Asia, where we’ve seen numerous reports on ‘al-Qaeda’ and the ‘Taliban’ in Afghanistan and Pakistan, how many times have you seen reports on the Maoist groups just over the borders in Nepal and several states in India, they’ve been responsible for killings of hundreds if not thousands, and the Tamil Tigers, who also use suicide bombers, and have been responsible for again, numerous innocent lives, they are also infamous for their use of child soldiers
  as we can see the ‘Muslim terrorists’ seem to be getting smaller as we begin to take in the numerous non-Muslim terrorist organisations, and I have only begun to scratch the surface, you have the internet, i ask you to use it, search and you will begin to see everything the news doesn’t show you
  
  I haven’t even mentioned state terror, the ability to kill literally hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians, starve millions, and pass it off with a flick of a hand as ‘collateral damage’, and I’m not talking about third world dictators, I’m talking about our very own ’secular’, ‘democratic’, ‘responsible’ governments…

  Marconius- The people to educate are muslims themselves (i am a muslim), many muslims either dont know how to speak up, just want to live their lives or have themselves been scared into submission by extremes on both sides (those that tell them that they are ‘out of islam’ or ‘liberal’ if they speak out against certain things (e.g. stuff that can be seen on this video), and those that tell them that theyre ‘extreme’ if they speak out against other things (e.g. the war, goverment policies)

  hi, please note a few things
  
  *after 4 months of undercover filming, they came up with four mosques (out of thousands within the uk) surely if even a significant minority of muslims were like this, they would have been able to pull a hell of a lot more?
  *the preachers are not all connected to the mosques, some are guest speakers
  *the preachers in this video contradict themselves,
  -abu usama says muslims shouldnt be in the ‘kuffar lands’ yet he is himself
  -the saudi goverment installed suadi grand mufti, says that muslims shouldnt have any dealings with non-muslims what so ever, yet the saudi goverment maintians good ties with a number of non-muslim coutries, invests in them (18% of the US economy), and has even helped them attack muslim countries (the two gulf wars)
  *kuffar does not translate to ‘non-muslim’, the word probably closest to non-muslim would ‘mushriq’ meaning ‘one who associates partners with god’, ‘kuffar’ would better translate to ‘conceiler’ and refers to someone who ‘knows about islam, and god, and that he exists’ but refuses to believe. and so most non-muslims cant be included in this
  *the preacher and mosque in the video are shown to be influenced by ‘wahabism’. even though in terms of authourity, wahabis control Suadi Arabia, even there they are a minority, and the vast vast majority of muslims follow the traditional four schools of thought, there is a large ideological difference

• How can I get my 19 year old son to open up to me?
  

  hi, im nearly 19 and male, so i hope i can help you out
  in my experience ive always found it very hard to just walk up to my mum and blurt out how i felt, even though shes the most open person ive ever known, gave the best advice ofered the best comfort, it wasnt that i didnt want to open up, i just felt i couldnt, the few times i let something slip, i was fustrated and aggresive
  my mother passed away just less than two months ago, since than ive learnt for possibly the first time in my life how to open up, i did it because i felt thats what she wanted me to do, i found it hard at first and very akward, there were a number of times when i wanted to become withdrawn again, but i knew i couldnt, its only after doing it for over a month that im started to realise how its positively effectived my life and how easy it is and i wish id just talked to my mum
  if your son is like me, he probably has a small want or need to talk, but isnt sure about how to do it, or isnt comfortable, this is probably the case if he hasnt opened up for a long time
