I am a 51yo man. Been separated for 2 years. Have joint custody of my 5yo son. Separation was very spiteful and expensive. I have become socially isolated and apart from work & when my son is with me,I have no life. I am nearly bankrupt and am obese. I have tried so hard to make friends and lose weight but the pressure is increasing. The only reason I am still alive is my beautiful son. I really need some practical help.I have seen many psychologists and counsellors and am currently on anti depressants. Please help me.
