  Mine as I said is rapid cycling, my moods are mainly based on the season changes, around about 2-3 weeks before the season is due to change my moods go really irratic from mega hyper active to suicidal within hour and days.
  I can also flip like a switch suddenly for no reason, one minute I can be lathargic and bored to wanting to gut the house and scrub top to bottom the next.

  all i’ve been told is thati have a acute form of bipolar. i jsut flip from depression, bored, sleepyness to hpyer active and absolute need to do everything it random times. sometimes because am seein someone or am talkin to someone but other time all jsut been walking along and suddenly fee like am goona dy or over the moon about something and to be honest i have no idea how to deal with tat cause am get so professional help and my friend have no idea ehat to do so they jsut try and aviod me as much as possible and i dont blame them

  I got told that there are different ways to manage it and it’s finding the best way for you, you can go with medications or self control, I have learnt how to manage mine the hard way by going through it all and finding all the wrong ways first, yes there are times when I am still one cray as ***** but that can’t be helped and I am pretty sure I would be more cray than that if I didn’t understand my BPD as much as I do now.

  i’ve been given sleepin tables, given CBT and told that if i wish then i cna see a social work once a week? yeah that’s helpfully
  
  and my family dont give two monkeys about what i do or how i am. so even i do all the research and stuf they wouldnt bother
