When I studied Child Psychology, I was amazed at what science has discovered. Contrary to many other scientific theories, the study of infant psychology suggests that Fear is a learned behavior. In fact, latest research suggests that Fear itself isn’t really a thing, but rather the absence of Love, much like how cold and darkness aren’t actual things, but rather the absence of heat or light. Children are born knowing how to love, but it takes time to learn fear. There is no evidence to suggest that our instinct for survival has anything to do with fear; but rather, it is connected to how we love.
