Yes def go to the doctor! Even if you can’t get antibiotics they can still give you advice on what to do to help it… Also gargling salty water (boiled then left to cool to normal temperature) sounds horrid but is good for fighting infection!

Try finding a sociable job like working in a cafe or restaurant where you can make friends, at least they’ll give you some breathing space if not a safe place to hang out other than home…!
