Ok, wow.
Anyway, you remember that God made clothing for Adam and Eve, right? After they ate from the tree of knowledge of good and evil going naked wasn’t okay anymore.
Plus lots of things are normal, such as urinating or having sex with your wife. But just because it’s natural doesn’t mean that it’s something your children should see you doing. They are normal in one context but unhealthy in another.

Punishing at this age is not going to help. Talk to her. Ask her what’s going on and why. Try to reason and encourage. That’s all you can do at this point.
