(((otwrO))) I am so glad your two little girls won’t have to grow up without their dad. It is and will often be hard, but never as hard as that would have been.
Oh otwrO… I am so sad for what you have lost and the cruel way it happened. No one whould have to go through what you are going through.
My prayers are with you and your family. Your wife sounds like a woman who can handle a lot and with time you will find your adult role again. Surely you are her best friend.
Surely you are better now than you were right after the accident. Things will never be the same, but they will be good. We all have ups and downs, but at least we have not lost you and I hope we never will.

can u swim?… my swim coach had that same problem and he absolutely had to swim an hour a day no matter what, but it made his pain tolerable… which made his whole life livable… can you look into swimming?

Life has ups and downs and always will. It is what we learn and how we deal that makes us stronger and less likely to go down so low next time.
I am sorry you are having such a hard time. Sometimes it is good to spend some alone time… praying is cool if you can, also journaling.
Do you have any girlfriends, women you can spend time with? It is challenging to have female friends, but well worth it - especially in the down times. Try calling a few girls you know and go do something… go to a movie, or bake some cupcakes together or have tea… just some companionship is a good idea.
There are nice people here… keep talking with us. Brighter days really are ahead even if you can’t see them right now.
