lol. Cassidy, you have done what i used to do often. you have shouted yourself. yeah, a shout is like a message.
i’ll tell you what i know about shouts. a shout is something when you want to talk to a person in private though not private in the literal sense ‘cos nothing is secretive in help.com. everything is open to everybody’s eyes.
if you want to tell someone something, you can click the shoutbox symbol (the small loudspeaker) near their avatar (avatar is the pic each user has for themselves). if you want to reply someone’s shout, say, for example, if you want to reply my shout, you click on my avatar in your shoutbox. this will open you the window of my shoutbox in which you can leave me a message. i’ll reply to it when i come online. okay?
am i clear or is it confusing? wonder how i spent 3 years as a teacher. lol.
