• I was wrongfully convicted of a crime, now I can’t
  

  Sadly, I have to report that I have now taken my case all the way to the federal court of appeals and been dismissed for lack of causes. Not sure if I will continue with fraud upon the court thinking it over it is so corrupt and rotten I have a fear that if I continue I will be targeted in some way I really just want to lead a quite life but when I think of how rotten our courts have become I become angry all over again and want to keep fighting In our case they told two differnt stories to the trial court and another compleatly differnt story at the appeals level should be simple right? well not so far.Ohio is a hot bed of corrupt judges ruling in favor of their political contributions every year at election time when I see the same old crooks signs sticking up all over town I feel sick to my stomach as I know someone will pay in the court room for that contribution some child will live on meger support someones business will be destroyed someone will end up in jail how do they get away with it? one way is no one believes they would be so petty as to get into some ones divorce or child custody or risk their prestigous career over a misdemeanor well I am hear to tell you that its the little things that continue to give them their complete corupt control.

  I too was wrongfully convictied of animal cruelty , ,this has become the new witch hunt in the united states. my self and two other ladies were running an animal rescue barn for dogs we were on a 17 acre farm with large fenced pastures and plenty of room for all the animals. they came two days in a roll sneaking in breaking and entry into the barn. On the second day while we were not there and not even aware they had already broke in the night before the Stark county Ohio humane society, Magnolia Police department and county dog warden broke in and strangled six dogs to death in gathering them up they then charged each of us with two counts each of animal cruelty. The fix was in from the start, there was no way they were about to let their humane society which had judges, and local lawyers on its board be found guilty of what they did which was kill thoes poor babies. what went on in that trial was an eye opening unbelievable experince. Evidence of the police report from the first searching officer was withheld, which stated that he walked past locks looking for a way in , saw water in animals bowls tore wood from the barn to get in took pictures of animals in side that disapeared and were also withheld from evidence. The judge allowed only their side to present evidence let our motions for an expert witness to examine the remaining alive 36 dogs lay unanswered taking us to trial with only their expert written examination of the animals no pictures not a one of any of the conditions claimed by the prosecution Our pictures taken of the dogs showing beautiful healthy show quailty dogs only six days after raid on a verified court order , were presented to jury as pictures taken 30 days after raid not of us had ever been convicted of any crime we were all in our 50’s and sat in un belief as our own attorney lied for the prosecutionI have now taken case to federal court looking for justice and it does not look like I am going to get it as I have just been turned down for certicicate of appealabilty In towns and cities all over this county corruption has taken our courts the Judges and attorney are all on the take It will destroy us as a people mine was just a little misdemeanor case but the crooked corupt things I witnessed and lived I will write about till the day I die.
