  Talk to your sister. This is what family is about; working through the good and the bad. Make sure you do not do any finger pointing about her or her childern this will only make matters worse. Tell her your concerns in a general way, for example “we have to do something about the kitchen being dirty”, or “lets set a schedule for the bath rooms to be cleaned”. When you have both addressed your concerns then you will be able to formulate a plan to manage the house. Without this it will be crazy around there.

  I found out that people are hurt becuase someone did not fulfill their expectations. You expected to be love back, not to be mistreated, abused, or something of that nature. When you love along with that comes trust and expectations. The only way to love is to make yourself vornable (sp) to someone else; not to hurt you. This is what make love beautiful. They trust you enough to be open and free to you and you do the same with them. However this is also what makes love so hurtful. Because when your trust is abused then your expectation are then let down which leads to hurt and possibly anger.
  
  Remember… Trust is earned not given.

  Wow… I’m not trying to preach to you… well yes I am. You will never find happiness out side of God. I could type so much in this small space to try to encourage you. Please, do me a favor and get the book “The Purpose Driven Life”. I promise you will find all of your answers by the end of the book.

  You said a mouth full. You have to take one step at a time. The first step is to get some income by getting a job. Find a job on a bus line or ride with a friend. I sure you find a way to go out and have fun. Take the same ambition and get a way to work. Then you can save for your own transportation. Nothing fancy with big payments (pay cash perferably) something to get you back and forward to work. Then you can get your own place after you save about 1000.00 and put it up for a rainy day. Take one step at a time. If you jump out there too soon you will look up and find yourself in a bigger mess and right back at your mom’s house.

  You can consolidate by refinancing, however that is not what caused the problem. If you consolidate without fixing the root of the problem you will only do more damage because you will have twice the debt. I only recommend refinancing when you have delt with some other issue you have. Refi’ing and consolidation will give you some breathing room but it is not the final answer. I own a mortgage company and do financial planning for a living.
