  You need to stop thinking about who ever it is depressing you, you need to dig yourself out of the hole I’ve been their its terrible just use your strength and stay close to anything good in your life. You can do this, you can be happy again.

  Look don’t worry about it, the fact that you were feeling like a jerk shows your a caring person. Its OK what you did was complete right, you let her know what was going to happen before she said anything to him stopping her from looking like an idiot and you made sure she knew that you didn’t do it because she liked him and that you liked him for a while. She’ll fancy someone else soon enough and you’ve liked this guy for a while.
