mattress + cat urine = rage…

I used to use vinegar when my kids were young and would have accidents. My friend used it for dog urine. And I have, and would use it again for cat urine. I soak the area with vinegar (preferably white), and rub it with a towel, then air dry the mattress. The vinegar smell will be there a while, but eventually fade after drying.

How do I force myself to do housework?

Oh, yes I have seen that show! I am nothing like that. I avoid acquiring additional “things” because I need to go through and throw out or donate the stuff I do have, which I do on occasion, just not often enough. But yes, that show really helps me keep a proper perspective of things.
