I’d say learn a style of dance that could be used AT a club, for example tektonic (my fav!) or jumpin (easier) or hardstyle (harder but cool). you need to seek help if you find it hard to help yourself (im suggesting professional rather than just here). try to remember that eeryone makes bad decisions, even on a daily basis! so you dont exactly ’stand out in the crowd’ in a negative way. of course i dont know the extent to this. but if you really cannot convince yourself that it is normal / you definitely do not think it is normal, u must at least speak to your GP who might push you in the right direction!!

no, its normal, as long as its only a little bit and it doesnt stick out too much. i am kinda chubby myself and it happens to me lol. this is because although fat is stored outside the ribs (thus covering them wen we are standing / sitting normally) there is also fat stored inside the ribs that push them out if you have a bit more fat than you should (or just cushions them if you have ‘normal’ amount. if you culdnt see them at all when you stretch in the way you have described then you would be too overweight because there would be too much padding (due to fat). so its normal :)

im gonna analyse this paragraph by paragraph.
1. you did a good thing by writing that text and im glad something good happened by it :)
2. well done for telling her u liked her, and its brilliant that she likes u too :) its understandable that she wasnt ready and its good that you wanted to wait
3. just, thumbs up :D
4. you might have put her off by saying what u did after u broke up with your ex, she was probably hinting that she wants to be with you but she might be unsure, and if you both broke up she would still want to be friends. here is where i think you messed up a little bit. however, u should tell her about this and say that just because this happened in a previous relationship, doesnt mean it will happen in a future one. and say that you really like her too and that if you broke up because you no longer liked each other in that way you would be happy to remain friends if she wanted to
5. obviously she feels quite bad because of what she has listed at the beginning of the paragraph. she probably feels like she must decide asap because she feels guilty that you are waiting for her. let her know that u really care about her and that if you didnt care you wouldnt be waiting. and tell her that it is not frustrating for you to wait (she might think this) and if you did have any negative feelings you would let her know. tell her that it doesnt matter about the distance, and tell her that you do think you have things in common, and list them. couples do not have to be absolutely compatible, for example i am in a happy relationship for about 2 years now and me and my boyfriend have a lot in commmon but there is also a lot we dont have a lot in common, but it doesnt make anything worse at all. you will still be able to keep in contact with her. hey my boyfriend lives about nearly two hours away (by train) and we keep in regular contact over the internet and we see each other about once a month (as i am living at university and he is living at home - but even when i go back home to my family im still over an hour away) so it just proves its not impossible. and you will never know if u dont try. ask her that wouldnt it be better to have this experience with you than to always wonder what would have happened if she went out with you?
6. okay you did mention that things would be different from your last experience, which is good. just emphasise this more. again, tell her that she wont know if she doesnt try! in my experience even if me and my boyfriend break up, i know that even though i would be heartbroken for a long time i would still look back on my experiences with him and never regret them. if you find it hard to express yourself then show her what uve written here, and replies by people! good luck :) not much more i can say!

shes right, not big deal. maybe youve gone out so much that its just too much and suddenly u prefer to being on your own. whatever the case, its not a problem unless… oh, just realised the top comment kinda explained what i was about to say lol :D but i spose this is like confirmation. so dont worry about it :D
