  Thanks you guys for your advice,people on Help have such great advice and words and i really appreciate your help.Yeah new year,new start i havent seen or heard from her in months she dosent give a s…. about me and thats what really hurts.Ive thought a few times bout ending everything because im so low sometimes but dont think i could do that to my family.Life is short and i just want2 get back on track,the last time we talked she talked to me like she hated me,everytime i think of her hating me it goes right through me.I didnt do anything wrong i was good caring,put up with her lies and s…..,she made me a paranoid wreck but when i was with her i felt on top of the world!

  Yeah thank you,you are understanding so much like im feeling the last while,the way im feeling and thinking also :(im so so down and im never going to hear from her again which cuts threw me like a dagger.Im going out with other girls and also trying it on with every other girl which aint me,im making a fool outta myself trying2 replace her and i hate myself at the min.Ive a big heart and jsut want to share it with some1 again :(

  Yeah but the realtionship was only 6 months long :( Ive been here before but i did get over things except that realationship was3 years long and i lived with the girl but im friends with her now.Its just this last one dosent want anything2 do with me and told me not2 contact her again which i havent(sorry did send her a nite msg one nite and she went mental),thats what hurts so much the fact she hates me so so much and trust me ive done nothing wrong.If you knew what this girl has put me through all the s…. you would be saying to me im a stupid fool like everyone else is,but also she was unreal hot,thats the only thing going for her but she was a total b…. but you cant help who you love :(

  yeah i totally understand that,i was doing so good there,just today!Its been months and months and i can’t do anything about it!Im just abit of a waste of space at the minute,was getting strong there but i made a total fool of myself again and think im looking abit desparate!I had suicidal thoughts a while back thats how bad it was but i wouldnt do that to my family,if it didnt hurt them it would have happened long ago!
