But one thing that will really help is talking about how you feel with someone. It also helps if you trust them alot.

Have you tried going to local places where you could develop your interest and go further with them by meeting new people and forming strong friendships . I did that and it helped me :]

Yeh i know the feeling all too well when you belive someone might have changed only to find that they havent . But hey who is perfect?

i reckon you should take things easy … let yourself heal and when you really feel okay with moving on then do so .
