  Cbubble. You have no tact. You’re so honest that some times it hurts. People don’t come here wanting good advice, they want the advice that sounds easy and will be easy to implement. You’re just an easy person to target because you’re so straight forward and honest. When life goes tits up its all to easy to bite at the person who tells it like it is.

  ~squidges~ wow that is some big news to take in. I dont know what to say about the possibility of you losing your eye sight. However I can offer advice right now - find a teddy bear from when you were young and some popcorn and fizzy drink and watch a couple of movies in your PJs and forget about the World for a few hours. Your probably feeling pretty confused right now and need some time for it to settle in. Dont get your self stressed or anything - there is no point doing that. Besides - as other users have said - you might be the 5% and the doctors may be able to do some thing out it.

  Alrighty - and the arguing/attacking now stops here. This has gotten very silly. Things have been misunderstood and attacked. I have read the whole post. I see where Suc is coming from. I can understand his reasoning. I have also read all of the lady users posts and can also see your point of the story. I think this is a misunderstanding. It is very hard to understand typed words some times.

  as a side note (with out the Mod hat on) I am a rape survivor/victim and what Suc says does not offend me. Look at it like this = when a woman/man makes a move on their lady/guy … ie puts a hand on/in their gentials … and the lady/guy hasnt said yes (foreplay in other words) is that rape? but it would then turn in to none rape if the lady/guy said more/yes/continue.
  The boundaries on this are very slim and often misunderstood. People have different opinions. Ditzy (not as a Mod)

• Ok, first I went 6 months.
  

  This road ain’t gonna be easy - but you already know that. I know you are trying a few things to help yourself, and I think you are doing wonderful with it. Kudos for the strength you’ve shown getting this far! Seriously!
  
  So everybody falls off the band-wagon once in a while. Doesn’t mean you need to give up completely.
  
  I think perhaps seeing a doctor might be a good idea. Being anger all the time cannot be healthy. Find somebody professional to confide in. They will have proper help for you (and not just the coping mechanisms you are using.)
  
  Other ideas:
  Painting - you are already doing this. Tis awesome!
  Letters - also awesome!
  Hobby - can be anything. Something to take your mind away from the present.
  Books - I use books as my escape mechanism.
  Cooking - learn how to make new yummy treats.
  Long walk/exercise - this produces happy hormones :)
  Fap - (normally I don’t suggest this but it may work) happy hormones are good.
  Meditation - really really helpful. Wish I remembered to meditate daily.
  Reiki - healing tool. It might be helpful for you to do a Reiki course. (This adds on to the meditation thing)
  
  Those are just some ideas to try and help :)
