Why you nervous/worried?

Its cool if I was going to reply I would of done by now. I told her it would be my last shout and it was. I realllyyyy can’t be bothered with any trouble. Woke up feeling really nervous about this week today. So much so i’m ready for work and I don’t start for over an hour.. bad times lol.

Nose is doing well. Taking the horrible medication. Still tastes like crap and still hurts, but at least I haven’t had any sneezing fits or day-long-pressure.

I saw that another shout turned up. Please don’t shout her back. I visited her shoutbox, and according to fairness, I’m letting you know too. I’m watching this :)

Thank you, I appreciate your help & I’m sorry to bother you guys I know you’ve all got a lot to do! I wont reply to her again… I didn’t even know and to be honest… she shouldn’t be stalking her boyfriends internet pages to find women to pick fights with! My bad…I do swear a lot now I have my new job. Have to deal with some very frustrating people and this is the result.

I believe they are an item, so it is partly understandable. Although clearly it was an old joke between friends.
Things weren’t exactly child rated before I was a Mod when we used to chat heh. Usually filled with swear words and rude actions between the girls.
You shouldn’t have replied back though. She didn’t report it but we are trying to get away from the flame thing that seems to spread easily.

No kidding right. Wishing people could sort out their own arguments like adults. Shit like that you learnt in high-school. Like how to get along with idiots or how to ignore a stupid comment or even that some people will say stuff you don’t like.

Some people eh? Honestly. Well, if that was me I’d of done the same thing as you. Although breaking the TOS is not allowed, the consiquence isn’t necessarily a ban or deletion of a conversation. I think that its rediculous, you are not a babysitter lol. You’d assume most people on here are adults! Assume… lol. Personally I feel the most important part of modding is to help out new people, for example if you get someone on here for the first time asking for help and a stupid troll posts something horrible, it can make things worse :( I feel that this is important. I also read in the TOS that feuds are not allowed to be held here, I can’t remember it exactly but it was worded to say that it is the users responsibility not to hold feuds here, and that they should just not be hosted here at all… wow that was mumbly. But I am tired lol. But irritations that people have, should not be aired here. It is up to the individual to be an adult right?

User went about reporting about 3 regular users for silly reasons, calling it breaking TOS. Defaming, harassing, stalking etc.

No matter how many times I tried to point out that User was over-reacting or reporting things that didn’t need deleting said User had a come-back. I could not delete everything said User does not agree with. Almost everything User reported was some thing User didn’t want to read - even if it was the truth.

User threatened me several times and was harassing me. Had a huge shout-trail argument. The end took the biscuit. User said I should take a cold shower and open my eyes. Said I was playing favoritism to another user I had hardly ever spoken too before. User said they would write to higher authority to get the stuff reviewed.

It wasn’t pretty and really offended me, even though I had extended all the respect I possibly could do. Guess I just like to help too much.

You should have seen the issues another user was giving me yesterday. It wasn’t pretty. Not sure why I put up with it, but meh.

Obviously some people are oblivious to your effort. How are you anyways? I just want you to know that even though Dani rocks, you also rock just as much and you haven’t gone unnoticed. Oh and i’m not sucking up to you… I just have nothing nice to say to the real people in my life lol so help.com will just have to put up with me !

It really is a distant bit of hope that they will read it - however maybe if any of us ever get the chance to put something forward, posts are a better option than individuals. I sent an email suggesting they speak to regular and long term users and I posted links to some active users like yourself and a couple of posted. Maybe one day we will be heard, wont do any harm to keep on trying anyway :)

:) CBS will probably be able to view the deleted stuff (if they have an Admin check into it) but meh - we can only try and hope.

Ahh fab. Good idea… If CBS EVER decide to read that post - which is more likely than listening to individuals.. it will be nice to have positive stuff.

Yeah, its a shame people wont come back to be a mod.. Ken was a good one, i’m still good friends with him now. I remember there were several. Would be nice to have a nice big army of you guys maybe. Although I think I just feel like you do, I miss everybody. I miss the old days when we all knew nearly everyone on this site, and it was a community - not a forum.

Sure could use a few more Moderators right now though - heh.
Maybe they will sell it and the new person will run with the idea. I would love for it to go back to the good old ways. It probably wont but we can hope.

Ooo if they sell it… maybe there is potentially hope!! Maybe, i’ve just learned to accept it now. I think the main is having decent mods, clear out as much of the crap as possible :)

Yeah. I don’t think it will get any better either. CBS will probably sell it. Still, like you said, old friends and good company.

Ooo WoW..that game is lethal. You play for 5 mins and you lose a week of your life without realising hehe. Nothing really new with me, I’m happy now! Which is new I suppose, but its not neccessarily exciting. Just normal, which is nice :)

I think this place will never get better unfortunately, but at least the company aint bad!
