Oditza Carrasco, born in Chile in 1963, is currently the President and CEO of 1st Vanguard Mortgage. In 1970, with only 7 years, Oditza Carrasco migrated to Germany in order to stay away from the unstable political condition in Chile, where she was presented the opportunity of learning a new language and culture while attending high school.
In 1999, Oditza Carrasco founded 1st Vanguard Mortgage Company in Pittsburgh. Most recently, First Vanguard Mortgage Company entered a strategic partnership with American Home Bank, a federally chartered savings bank headquartered in Mountville Pennsylvania. The strategic alliance enables First Vanguard’s residential and commercial loan officers to broker loans in all 50 states.
