You’re quite welcome. :) Understood. It might help to keep the stance that you are a temporary visitor and your exit is not far away. :)
Thank you! I’m partial to jellicles (tuxies). The one in my photo is no longer with me (physically). Your story about the cat in your complex reminds me that this one would visit the neighbor down the hall on weekends. She just loved him! She had a little backpack with her toys all ready and waiting on Friday afternoons. I’d open my door and he would open his - she would pick up her little backpack and walk to his apartment. :D She’d reverse it on Sunday nights.
Thank you for the encouraging words. I guess I’ve just built a wall from everyone and it’s a bit frightening to see the other side once more. I’m trying to stay positive, as I know that I’ll be among friends. It should be fine, I’m sure. Your avatar is the best, BTW. There’s a cat in my complex that looks a lot like it. She followed me back to my door last week, so I gave her a can of red salmon, which she seemed to enjoy. Anyways, thanks again, and take care. :-)
Just saw your reply about going back into an environment that you’ve been away from for a while. I hope you have a really good time this weekend!
I completely understand moving out and away from drama. I’ve done it. Yes, it was a bit strange to go back again BUT never the same as before. Time, distance and peace can make a tremendous difference inside of us where the external influences can’t touch us in a negative way anymore. :)
